DMSPRO™ was designed by an accountancy practice in 1996, with the aim of improving their management of the paper filing
and in turn improve Customer care.
The system developed over time with input from the staff at the accountancy practice, and it is now a fully functional Document
and Information Management system.
The software integrates Customer contact details, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers as well as Contact and
Supplier information in one easy-to-use software program.
Incoming documents are scanned into a Customer file which is accessible by all users of the system, eliminating the one document
per person approach.
Outgoing Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook documents are created from within the Customer file in DMSPRO™,
with standard formatting and layouts. This creates a strong corporate image.
All correspondence, including sent and received emails is stored in the Customer file on DMSPRO™.
All information is easily accessible from any machine running DMSPRO™. Customer queries can be answered instantly as
information is available at the touch of a key.
